I get the opportunity to interact with great people who enjoy helping community members with their financial needs. I celebrate associates' successes like when they get great feedback from customers about their service experience or recognize work done to acheive a particular goal. I also get to teach associates techniques that might help them do better in their job. I also get to talk with our customers and hear how much they like banking with our bank.
