Advice for getting started
Get involved in your community. Understand the local political landscape. A key part of GObike's success has been building relationships with people in leadership positions in both the political and business landscape as well as at the community level. Relationships are key to creating change. Start talking to people. Listen to them and understand their lived experiences and how current or future investments may impact them. Look for organizations developing safe complete streets near you.
