Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Society in general:
Animators don't get the credit they deserve. Making animation is not a real job. Animators only work for kids' movies and games. They do quite a lot of work for a small moment in the spotlight in the credits of the game or movie.
How I responded:
I did so much research and talked to people to look at the reality. There are differences between being an animator and other jobs. But to assure you it is a real job. Many things that are not considered "real jobs" are actual jobs or can become jobs!
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
I come from an immigrant family. Since I was the first to go to college, I wanted to learn about the system and what to do so I can help any of my family that decide to go to college.
