My path in life took a while to figure out
1.
First, I wanted to be a lawyer but decided not to go that route after some further investigation on the major.
2.
Then, I decided I wanted to still do criminal justice but went a different route.
3.
I was a boarder patrol in Arizona and later found my job as a special agent which I work in now.
Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Friends:
The noise I heard was people that I grew up with saying I wasn’t “Mexican” or “Mexican enough” since I was choosing to get a career in law enforcement.
How I responded:
I dealt with this discouragement by working hard and being top of the class for each agency I was a part of in order for my hard work and dedication to be seen.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
I've overcome this obstacle by working towards my goals and coming up on top regardless of what job I am put to do I have always try to standout through my dedication.
