Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Myself:
I never really heard any words of discouragement. If anything, I got frustrated at times because I wasn’t getting my goal accomplished as quickly as I hoped.
How I responded:
Just keep trying. Everything will happen at the right time. When you accomplish your goals you will see that the hard work was worth it.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
When I was in therapy I found that I had anxiety since I was eight, which meant I had it during my college years. Sometimes I felt like I was struggling more than usual. Please do not be afraid to ask for help if you ever need it.
