Defining Moments

How I responded to discouragement

  • THE NOISE

    Messages from Myself:

I never really heard any words of discouragement. If anything, I got frustrated at times because I wasn’t getting my goal accomplished as quickly as I hoped.

  • How I responded:

Just keep trying. Everything will happen at the right time. When you accomplish your goals you will see that the hard work was worth it.

  • When I was in therapy I found that I had anxiety since I was eight, which meant I had it during my college years. Sometimes I felt like I was struggling more than usual. Please do not be afraid to ask for help if you ever need it.
