2015 - promoted to manager - managed 5 people

Find the right job with the right company and grow on your terms. You often will work long hours and weekend and nights. Find a way to prioritize so you don't, (a) burn out, (b) pause and realize you've sold your soul to work and don't have any balance.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
When I started this career, events weren't considered a career path by most colleges. Entering into the field with zero educational or real-world experience was hard. I was later diagnosed with fibromyalgia. This made me slow down and have balance
