Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Myself:
"Are you even sure you can do it?" "Maybe you should choose something else." "Is this the only thing you can do?"
How I responded:
To overcome this is very difficult. I have not overcome it completely but finding those who believe in you absolutely help you get through it.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
In my high school I had problems controlling my stress. I had little control in my bad habits. Therefore, I had to find help. Towards the end, this helped me greatly. So don't be afraid to ask for help. You're not the only one who needed help.
