How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Family:
I started college when I was almost 30, and had three children at the time. One of my brothers told me it was a waste of time and I would never finish it.
How I responded:
It never discouraged me, it was just something that I remembered being said. I had other naysayers too but when I have made up my mind to do something in life, I do it and do not let people discourage me.
