Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Teachers:
You shouldnt be a planner, you dont have the technical mindset for it
How I responded:
Dont let any noise get to you especially if it is a minor thing. I set my sights on what I wanted to do and learned how to adapt to my weaknesses to find a common ground to where I could excel. If the noise scares you then find a way to adapt your skills to prove the noise wrong.
Experiences and challenges that shaped me
I have never been a strong learner especially with writing. Writing is a big factor in my job and I took the time to see my mistakes, see how the writing should be done and slowly became a stronger writer.
