Defining Moments
How I responded to discouragement
THE NOISE
Messages from Peers:
Affordable Housing doesn't really help and is a dead-end business wasting money.
How I responded:
I worked to educate them on what the business really is and why it's not what they felt. Some accepted it and learned, some didn't. I made sure to not let those that couldn't understand keep me from pursing the role. I know I'm making an impact, whether they realize it or not.
