My path in life took a while to figure out
1.
Realized my passion for reading and writing.
2.
Got my bachelor's degree in English.
3.
Discovered wedding photography was an exciting and creative way to pay the bills.
4.
Edited videos from some of those weddings.
5.
Didn't want to stop there and went back to school to learn graphic design.
6.
Moved to San Francisco and a temp gig turned into an admin assistant job at an advertising agency.
7.
Mass layoffs became a blessing in disguise, and I began freelance producing at other agencies.
8.
Having wanted to move into non-profit work, gladly took a job offer at the local PBS station.
